We have just ordered from this Chinese, which we order from quite a lot, usually its quite nice but on this occasion we opened our bag of food to be confronted by a load of cigarette ash! it was all over the food containers and all in the bottom of the bag, obviously we tried to open the containers as carefully as possible but some ash got into our food. When I called the Oriental House to complain the manager called me back saying that they didn’t smoke in the kitchen and didn’t know how the ash could of got there. When I explained that I know you cant smoke in the buildings and that it must of been the driver, the manager said that none of her drivers smoked and that we must have been mistaken, the only thing they could offer us is a can of drink to apologise (which you get free anyway!) we will not be ordering from this Chinese again!
